Amritsari Stuffed Naan _Channa Masala with Onions_Tamarind Chutney is favorite of my family and I like to prepare with love and patience.

To make the dough,sift the refined Flour with baking soda and salt.Add the yogurt, milk, sugar.

Knead well to make a medium soft dough.Add a little oil and knead again.Cover with a damp cloth and rest the dough for about two hours.knead the dough once again and divide it in into equal portions and shape into small balls.

For the stuffing mix, together the potatoes,onions, salt, green chillies,chilli powder, cumin seeds.pomegranate seeds and fresh chopped Coriander.We can add grated cheese also.

Divide the potatoes mixture into eight equal portions.Flatten a dough ball and place the stuffing into it and place on a lightly floured board and roll gently into a circle.

Heat an Electronic Tandoor.Remove the tray and spread little oil over it and place two rolled Naan into it.Set the temperature.It will take 8-9 minutes but keep a watch over it and check in between.

Serve with butter after getting crispy and little brownish.it tastes Yummy
