Ingredients

  • 1carrots
  • 1broccoli
  • 1peas
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1 smallonion
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1soy sauce
  • 1pork or chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut meat into small chunks (around 1/2" square).

  2. 2

    In a pan, cook meat. Once cooked, put in a bowl and set aside.

  3. 3

    In pan, cook peppers, onions and garlic on HIGH for about 5 minutes. Add meat and set aside.

  4. 4

    In a deep pot, bring an inch of water to boil. Put in steam basket and add carrots. Cover (with lid slightly off to let steam out) and cook for 2 minutes. Add broccoli to steam basket. Cover and cook both vegetables for 2 minutes. Add peas. Cover and cook all three vegetables for 3 minutes.

    Add the steam vegetables to pan with meat, onions, etc. Add soy sauce to taste and cook on HIGH for about 2 minutes.
