2 packagesoreos
1 packagescool whip

mix cream cheese and cool whip.

make pudding mix as directed.

add pudding to cream cheese mixture.

crush and spread oreos on bottom of dish.
5

spread 1/2 cream cheese mixture over oreos.

repeat steps 4 and 5 one time

refrigerate
