Steps

Wash and Cut (do not peal) zucchini in 1/8 inch slices. Dry with paper towel very well.

Whip egg and milk in a bowl, put flour in separate bowl.

season zucchini with salt and pepper,cover in flour, wash in egg, cover again in flour. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.

Heat crisco on medium heat and add zucchini, cook for 4-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- 5
place cooked zucchini on paper towel and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
