Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 150 gflour
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • Base
  • Ketchup, tomato paste, sugar
  • Toppings
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 500 gminced meat
  • 500 gmozarella cheese
  • 1capsicum green/yellow/red
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper, 1/2tsp tumeric, pinch of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by making your pizza bread. Mix the flour, yeast and water to make a dough. Keep it aside to rise while covered with a warm towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare your minced meat by frying with onions, garlic, black pepper, tumeric and any spice you like. Add in the boiled peas and fry for 2 minutes. Ensure the mixture is dry no soup.

  3. 3

    Prepare your tomato base by simmering the ketchup, tomato paste and sugar till thick.

  4. 4

    Roll oit your dough and put the tomato base. Add in your toppings while grating the cheese in.

  5. 5

    To use the jiko ensure the charcoal is red hot. Take a pan and place your pizza on it. Take a lid and cover it while placing the charcoal on it. Allow it to cook for 10-15min and ensure it doesn't burn.

  6. 6

    Your pizza should be ready and have fun.
