Prepare macaroni noodles according to directions on the package.

While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in a skillet.

Strain fully cooked ground beef and return to skillet.

Strain fully cooked noodles and add to skillet with ground beef.

Add Velveeta cheese and milk and cook on med-low heat, stirring continuously until cheese is completely melted and mixed.

Remove from heat and serve.
