  • 250ग्राम सुजी
  • 150ग्राम दही
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • 1/2चम्मच इनो

    सुजी मे दही और नमक मिलाकर थोड़ा पानी मिलाकर गाढ़ा बैटर बना लीजिए

  2. 2

    इसे 15 मिनट तक ढककर अलग

  3. 3

    15 मिनट के बाद इडली के साँचे मे तेल लगाए ।

  4. 4

    अब बैटर मे इनो मिलाकर तेल लगे साँचे मे बैटर डालकर 15 मिनट तक स्टीम करे ।

    फिर चटनी या सांभर के साथ सर्व करे ।
