I didn't have the ingredients to make it the way I usually did so I decided in stead of starting with a cream of onion I'd start it with a row.

Preheat oven to 400

Lay cube steak in an 8x8 or 9x9 pan

Get a medium sized pot and melt down butter. Add flour to butter until thick. May add more flour if too soupy.

Pour flour butter mixture atop the cube steak. Add onion and salt and pepper (to taste) on top.

Put in oven and cook for 1 hour or until cube steak is tender.

Serve and enjoy :)
