Ingredients

1 hour
6 servings
  1. 6boneless skinless chicken brests
  2. 1/2 cupshreded pepperjack cheese
  3. 1salt and pepper
  4. 2 cupfrozen spinich thawed and patted dry
  5. 3 1/2 cupthick cream
  6. 1 cuphalved cherry tomatos
  7. 4 slicebacon fryed and crumbled

  1. 1

    Place chicken in a fitting casserole dish, salt and pepper. Place in 400° oven.

  2. 2

    Place a large pot on Med heet. Add the cream and pepperjack cheese, stir till smooth.

  3. 3

    Stir in the spinich and tomato. Pour over chicken then sprinkle bacon on top.

  4. 4

    Place back in oven and bake for the remainder of the hour
