Beetroot icecream with lemon twist
Steps

First grate the washed and peeled beetroots.

Boil water in a pan and add the beetroots.

Boil it on low flame for 10 minutes.

Turn off the gas and let it turn lukewarm.

Now add sugar(according to taste) and mix well.

On cooling, add lemon juice.

Now sieve out the mixture and put it in ice cream moulds.

Refrigerate for 8-10 hrs.
