Pistachio kulfi
Steps

Boil milk in a pan on medium flame.

Simmer till about half the volume of milk left.

Add sugar and boil again.

Add cardamom powder and pistachio paste stir well turn off heat.

Cool down the mixture.

Mix and pour into the moulds freeze for 5 hours.

Garnish with mint leaf serve chilled.
