Steps

Take 1 1/2 tbsp of oil and heat it.

Now add to the oil, cumin seeds,astafoeida,Fennel Seeds,sesame Seeds,fresh grated coconut,tiny chopped spinach and stir it for two minutes and then add fresh crushed green peas,crushed chickpeas,crushed sprouted Green Gram and add this to oil.

Add Salt per taste,chopped green chillies,chopped ginger and cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes.Now squeeze about 1/2 lemons juice.

Now add the Coriander and some chopped mint leaves and mix it well.

Now add salt and chilli per taste.

Now keep it aside to cool it down.

Once it cools down make round balls as seen in the picture.

Now take 2 boiled Potatoes,2 brown breads bread crumbs,3 tbsp of crushed Oats powder,salt per taste.

Mix this well and make balls of it.

Now flatten this ball.Add the green balls inside it and cover with the same flattened ball to make a ball which is smooth and nice.

Make a nice spherical shape of the ball and than grease an appe pan.

Roast it in the appe pan and serve with Tea or Ketchup or red chutney

Cut the ball through the middle
