Take maida add salt and oil make it a dough, take a wok put oil add jeera, heeng, soaked and coarsely grinded moong daal put salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and stir until it's golden, keep it to cool, take a small ball of a dough, roll it and cut in between, take the semi circle make a cone fill with mixture, seal and fry.
