Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupButter or shortening
  • 1 eachEgg
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1/2 cupSmooth peanut butter
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 packagesReese's pieces

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add egg and vanilla

  4. 4

    Add flour, salt, and baking soda

  5. 5

    Mix until combined

  6. 6

    Incorporate Reese's pieces if desired

  7. 7

    Using cookie scoop, scoop about 2 TBS of dough and form into balls

  8. 8

    Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden
