Take Rawa, Rice flour and Maida in bowl. Add a cup of water/buttermilk and stir it till no visible lumps are found. Add more water as required and make a thin batter.
Let it rest for 30 mints.B4 mkng Add Green chillies, ginger, green coriander, salt, black pepper onion and cumin seeds to the batter.

Take a non- stick pan and heat it lightly. Then put some oil in the pan and spread it in the pan. Take laddle full of batter and spread thin layers of it.
Put the gas in medium flame and let the dosa fry till it's light brown in colour. No need to fry it from the other side. To make it crispy pour few drops of oil on it. B4 mkng another one grease pan lightly with oil.
