Tie curd in any thick cloth and hang it. With this all water from curd will drain out and it'll get thick and dense. Now take it out from cloth and place it in a bowl

Add powdered sugar, mango pulp, 1/2 almonds, cashews and green cardamom powder in hung curd and mix well. Serve mango khand in small bowls and garnish with rest of the kesar,and almonds, cashews.
