  2. 2 litrewater
  3. 1small onion
  4. halfgreen pepper
  5. 1 tbsbenny spice
  6. 2 tbsminestrone soup
  7. 1carrot

    Boil brown beans until over cooked

  2. 2

    Mash them then add 1 litre water with minestrone soup

  3. 3

    Add carrots green pepper and onion

  4. 4

    Add oil and benny spice boil until well cooked.serve hot
