pre heat oven to 180°

finely chop or crush 4 gloves of garlic

dice one onion

add mince fry with a bit of oil

add 1 can of tomato puree

fill can with water and add to the puree

add some oregano

add salt and pepper

simmer for around 40 minutes make sure its not two thick cause it will thicken in the oven

next step boil 2 cups of rice just so its still a bit hard it will soften in the oven stir into the sauce so its combined

next step cut off the top of the capsicum and clean the seeds out

put the bottoms into a dish

put the mixture into the capsicums then put the tops back on

put into the oven for around an hour or until you can poke the capsicuma through with a knife

serve up and enjoy!!

serving suggestion mixture size may vary to how many you want you make if you have left o er mixture it tastes fabulous on its own ;) the sauce ingredients is also my bolengese mix for pasta then top with parmesan cheese
