Ingredients

  • 1 kgKajori fish
  • 1/2 tspKalonji
  • as neededRefine oil
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1-2Green chilli
  • 1 tspGarlic finely chopped
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • Salt and sugar as per taste
  • leavesCoriander
  • 2Tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan. Add refine oil.

  2. 2

    Fry the fishes.

  3. 3

    Now in oil add green chilli and kalonji.

  4. 4

    Then add finely chopped garlic and tomato cubes.

  5. 5

    Then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder. Fry the ingredients.

  6. 6

    When oil comes out from the preparation add hot water and get it boiled.

  7. 7

    After that add salt and sugar as per taste.

  8. 8

    Cover with a lid.

  9. 9

    When the water gets boiled add coriander leaves.

  10. 10

    Now kajori fish is ready to serve.
