Green peas And’ Nut Rolls
My grandson loves peas and husband loves Khichu (Gujarati breakfast made of rice flour) ..so I decided to mix a few of their favourite textures/ingredients to come up with this new tasty breakfast ..hope you all enjoy this snack as much as we do . Ciao!

Put a pan on medium flame, add milk, salt and rice flour. Continuously stir it to make Khichu. When it starts leaving the side of the pan, switch off the gas.

Assemble all ingredients while the Khichu cools.

Add all ingredients in the khichu and mix well.

Make small rolls and dip them in corn flour liquid mixture.

Coat the rolls by marinating in rava/semolina. Now keep the rolls in fridge for 10 minutes.

Take some oil in a pan for deep frying. Once you see fumes from oil indicating correct temperature, fry the rolls on medium flame until golden brown.

Serve rolls with date tamarind Chutney, mint coriander Chutney and hot piping tea!!
