Ingredients

  • 200 gChicken cut into strips
  • HandfulLettuce
  • Halfcup carrot strips
  • Halfcup sliced mushrooms
  • to tasteSalt and Pepper
  • HalfTeaspoon Chicken Spice
  • 1little Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken strips on heated oil, add salt and pepper as well as chicken spice and fry until golden brown

  2. 2

    Lay bed of lettuce, strip of carrots and mushrooms

  3. 3

    Add chicken strips on top

  4. 4

    Drizzle Balsamic vinegar for dressing and Enjoy
