Whip you cream till if forms soft peaks

Add you instant coffee to the warm water and stir. You could use sweet wine too

Soak your biscuits in the coffee

Get a large bowl and place a layer of the soaked biscuits as the bottom layer.

Cover with a layer of whipped cream and some of the crushed digestive biscuits

Finish off with a layer of unsweetened cocoa powder.. Use a sieve for best results

Create as many layers as you wish. Ensure the cocoa layer is the last.

Refrigerate for at least 45 min. Garnish with a strawberry as you serve
