2-3 tspsugar
3-4 tspmalai
1 tbspvaliina esencess
1mango puree

Mango puree,valiina essences sugar

Take 1 an half liter mik boil

Add malai 1 tbsp valiina esencess sugar mix for 10 mins.

Now switch off the gas completely cool add mango puree mix now

Kulfi molds or any other container of your choice. Cover and freeze till completely set, around 6-8 hours.
