Coconut water
2 cupswhite pishori rice
Extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 teaspoonSalt,

Soak white rice in doublethe water for about 30 mins

Add salt and bring to a simmer over medium heat

Add the freshly grated coconut and fresh coconut water, and extra virgin coconut oil
4

Reduce heat and simmer about 14 mins
5

Rest for about 5mins and serve
