  • 4eggs
  • 3fresh red pepper(sliced)
  • 1small onion bulb (chopped)
  • 1 handfulchopped green beans
  • 2finger carrot (diced)
  • 1 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1 cubeknorr

Steps

  1. 1

    Break egg and whisk,add onions,pepper and stir.

  2. 2

    Add green beans,carrot and knorr cube stir.

  3. 3

    Place pan on heat add vegetable oil pour the egg mixture after 2min flip the other side after 2min more.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat,then serve in a plate.

  5. 5

    Enjoy.
