Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 gtuna loin steak
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper
  • 50 mlolive oil

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

    Take the tuna steak and coat in salt, pepper and some of the olive oil

    Warm some oil on a pan until hot

  3. 3

    Place the seasoned steak in and let it fry for exactly 1 minute

  4. 4

    Turn over and fry for another 1 minute

  5. 5

    Cut with a sharp knife and serve while hot
