Heat a pan and add two tablespoons of oil..Now add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,asafoetida and curry leaves. Now add finely chopped onions,green chilli,grated ginger and haldi powder and green peas

Stir and cook.Now add salt as per taste.Add little corinder leaves in it..it gves nice flavor

Time to add the soaked rice flakes or washed poha. Stir it well and let it cook for some time

Off the gas.Serve hot with coriander leaves,lime juice And shev 😊. It tastes yummy
