Take 1 cup cold milk add milk powder in it and keep the rest milk for boiling in a heavy botton pan adding sugar and elaichi powder

When milk starts boiling add th e powdered milk and keep stirribg for few mins.

See that there are no lumps.

Now add the cottage cheese (paneer) and mix well.

Boil till you get a little thick consistency.
Off the flame and let it cool. - 7
Transfer it to a setting bowl and freeze it for max 7_8 hours or till it is set.

When it is set remove from freezer and unmould the dish.

Garnish with almonds cut into slices and serve chilled.
