500 gturkey pieces
1small bunch of chomolia, cleaned and chopped
1carrot, peeled and chopped
1onion, chopped
3 clovesgarlic, smashed
1 tbsground chicken stock
to tastesalt
1 tsprajah curry powder
pinchdhanya
1/2lemon, juiced

Marinade turkey in smashed garlic, lemon and chicken stock

Cook the turkey in a low heat until tender.Separate cook chomolia aside into cooked
3

Add oil, onion and spices to the turkey pot and fry
4

Then add chopped carrot and chomolia with salt to taste
5

Mix well to combine and serve 😋
