Every one likes fried rice. Some recipes are non-veg. Today I bring you the vegetable version of fried rice.

In a pan add oil, let it heat till very very hot.

Add minced garlic and ginger.

Add chopped chillies and fry well. Now add onions.

Let the onions turn pink, and add a lil bit salt.

Add the green and yellow capsicum.

Saute well

Add the peas and carrots.

Fry well on medium heat for 3-5 mins.

Add the boiled rice now. Mix well

Mix very nicely. Add the rest of the salt, as we added some while frying onions.

Add chilli flakes and white pepper.

Mix well and add the vinegar. Off the flame and serve.

Serve hot with friends and family.
