1 ltrMilk
200gmMawa
200 gmSugar
1/2 cupCoconut powder
1/2 cupGrated dry fruits
2 pinchelaichi powder

Boil 1 L milk till it gets thick and reduces to half
2

Add mawa, sugar, and keep stirring for 10 mins. on low flame
3

Add coconut powder, grated dry fruits and elaichi powder
4

Turn off the gas. Let it cool out and put it into kulfi mold
5

Freeze for overnight
6

Serve cold.......
