Ingredients

  • 100 gramsPaneer
  • 200 gramsHungcurd
  • 3-4elachi powder
  • 12-15Rose buds half for grinding and half for garnish
  • 2 tbsppistachio sliced
  • 12 -15Gulab Jamun (you can use homemade too)
  • 5-6 tbspChasni of gulab Jamun
  • 2 packetGood day biscuit baad pistachio
  • 100 grmsButter
  • Kesar strands optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the biscuit and add melted butter.

  2. 2

    Take a spring pan and spread the biscuit mix

  3. 3

    Arrange 6 halved gulab Jamuns over the biscuit

  4. 4

    Take the curd, paneer, elachi powder, few rose buds and the chashni and grind to a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Adjust the chashni accordingly

  6. 6

    Pour this batter over the biscuit and gulab Jamun base and freeze for 1 hr

    Serve chilled Garnishing with rest of the sliced gulab Jamuns Rose buds, kesar strands and sliced pistachio

    Best enjoyed chilled
