Grind the biscuit and add melted butter.

Take a spring pan and spread the biscuit mix

Arrange 6 halved gulab Jamuns over the biscuit

Take the curd, paneer, elachi powder, few rose buds and the chashni and grind to a smooth paste.

Adjust the chashni accordingly

Pour this batter over the biscuit and gulab Jamun base and freeze for 1 hr

Serve chilled Garnishing with rest of the sliced gulab Jamuns Rose buds, kesar strands and sliced pistachio

Best enjoyed chilled
