Heat little ghee in kadhai & tempere with whole cumin & ginger, green chilli chop.
Add all grated vegetable along with salt & cook.
Bring out the mixture & mix well with other ingredients.
Now divide the dough into four balls, stuffe the ball with grated cheese & flat each ball by use your palm & make it patty shape.
Genty shallow fry it on a tawa with ghee till the brown colour comes on each side,.
Serve hot with mint chutney & lachha salad
