Ingredients

30 mins
  • 500 gPojo pre-boiled
  • 2 CupsLight Coconut Cream
  • 1 CupHeavy Coconut Cream
  • 2Big Onions
  • 3Carrots grated

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil the pre-boiled Pojo with the Light Coconut Cream for 10 mins or until the the water is almost finished. Stir as it boils.

  2. 2

    Add the Onions and continue stirring.

  3. 3

    Add the grated Carrots and continue boiling.

  4. 4

    Add the 1 cup of Heavy Coconut Cream and stir.

  5. 5

    Let it boil for about 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with Chapatis or any choice of Starch.
