Ingredients

  • 500 mlMilk
  • 2 tablespoonSugar
  • 1/2cupMilk powder
  • 1/2cupJamun pulp
  • 4 dropJamun essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Milk and jamun pulp.

    Boiled the milk till it becomes halp. Add sugar and milk powder, mix it well.

  3. 3

    Off the gas and add jamun pulp amd essence.

  4. 4

    Transfer on a bowl and freeze it more about 2hour

  5. 5

    Griend it. And transfef on a bowl

  6. 6

    Rest it whole night.

  7. 7

    Jamun icecream is ready to serve..
