Boil milk for 7-8mins.Add cornflr after mixing in with some cold milk and stir.

Add sugar now and stir well.Turn off the gas.

Cool above milk and put in deep freeze for 7 hrs

After 7 hrs once it hard enough take out and beat with beater till fluffy.

Add whipped cream and 4tsp ground sugar to it and beat again.

Put green colour, essence and guava pulp and beat once for 1min.

Pour the ice-cream mix in airtight container and put in freezer for 8hrs.

While serving sprinkle red chilli powder and some salt.

This ice-cream tastes yum and feels like real guava in mouth !!
