Ingredients

  • 250 gButter
  • 250 gSugar
  • 3Eggs
  • 2 cupsSelf Raising flour
  • 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar together until fluffy.

    Add the eggs and mix.

  3. 3

    Add flour, desiccated coconut, milk then mix all together to form batter.

    Bake on medium heat.
