  • 250 gflour
  • 250 gblueband
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 tspbicarbonate soda
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 250 gsugar

  1. 1

    On a bowl put the bb and add sugar till they mix evenly

  2. 2

    On a separate bowl beat one egg at a time as you add flour till all is finished, add the vanilla essence and mix evenly and finally add bicarbonate soda

  3. 3

    Add the sugar,bb mixture to the flour mixture and swirl gently with the wooden cooking stick if you don't own a mixer, till they mix completely

  4. 4

    If the paste is too thick add milk in small bits to make it lighter

  5. 5

    Dust the baking tin with blueband or cooking oil,pour the paste gently to the tin

  6. 6

    Lit the jiko preheat a big size sufuria and put sand as you drill a hole to fit in the tin

  7. 7

    When the Sand is well heated insert the tin cover with aluminum foil and place a lid with burning charcoal on top

  8. 8

    Set your alarm for 45min it will be ready

  9. 9

    Remove and wait to cool down before serving
