Ingredients

1 hour
5 people
  • 2 cupscoconut grated
  • 1/3 cupsemolina
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/3 tablespoonsalt
  • 1small sachet packet of Maggi masala
  • 1 tablespooneno salt
  • 1/3 cupWater

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together except eno salt. Let it rest for an hour.

    Add eno salt to the batter and mix well.

  3. 3

    In a idli steamer, pour 2 tablespoon of batter in each cups and pat it flat.

    Steam them for 25-30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Let the coconut Haze get cool then take them out from the steamer cups.

    Cut them half and serve garnishing with coriander leaves.
