  • 1 rounded tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  • 1egg
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonssalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 1/4 cupsflour

  1. 1

    Mix wet and dry ingredients together separately, then fold together with a spoon. If you use a whisk you will not all of the air out of the cakes and they will be very flat.
