Ingredients

  1. 2lobsters
  2. 2lemons
  3. 1 ltr water
  4. 1 cup white wine
  5. 1 Tbsp ginger
  6. 1 Tbsp rosemary
  7. 2 Tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Boil lobster with white wine, ginger, rosemary, 1 lemon cut in to half for 10 minutes. Set on a plate.

  2. 2

    Slice lemon in half inch slices and saute in a butter. Then brush the butter over the lobster
