Ingredients

serves 3 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • Halfa chicken
  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 3medium potatoes
  • 1\4 cup cream
  • 1carrot
  • Spices black pepper, paprika, garlic powder,
  • 2large onions salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the pieces of chicken with black pepper,salt and paprika and garlic powder then cover and leave for 15min

  2. 2

    Boil 2cups of water in sufuria and add rice, let it boil for a few minutes the reduce the heat and cover rice to cook slowly.

  3. 3

    As rice cooks peal potatoes and cut the into small pieces and put aside

  4. 4

    Shred the spinach and cut the onions

  5. 5

    Remember to check on the rice and once cooked remove from heat and place aside

  6. 6

    Place a pan over heat and add a little oil let it heat and put the pieces of chicken and cook till brown

  7. 7

    Cook onions in a pan and add the potatoes put salt to taste and put black pepper and garlic powder and let it cook

  8. 8

    Once almost done add the spinach and the cream, let it simmer just 1 min then remove and serve will hot

  9. 9

    The carrot is for ganish
