In a deep bowl mix together thin poha, coconut scraping, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, & lemon juice.

Mix well & keep it covered for around 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, the poha are evenly wet & soft.

In a tadka pan heat oil, to it add mustard seeds allow it to splutter.

Add cummin seeds, groundnuts & saute well till it becomes reddish.

Then add curry leaves, green chillies, asafoetida, turmeric powder, saute well.

Sprinkle this tadka over the poha mixture, add salt & sugar mix well to make it even.

Serve immediately.
