Ingredients

  1. 50 gcabbage
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 30 gJapanese raddish
  4. 4sliced ham
  5. 5table spoons mentuyu dashi
  6. Lemon liquid

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice cabbage, Japanese raddish and a cucumber into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Boil water in a pan. Boil the cabbage for a minutes.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with lemon liquid and mentuyu dashi.
