Measure all ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients together.

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl

Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

Mix slowly

Mix till combined. It will have small lumps. Do not over mix.

Heat pan and add oil

Add the batter.

Cook till bubbles start forming.

Turn it and cook for 2 mins till golden brown

Repeat for the rest of the batter. Do not stack them on top of each other lest they get soggy.

Serve the pancakes by stacking them adding fruit and drizzle with Golden syrup.
