So moist and soft.. the chocolate creates a kind of "lava" mine broke when inverting so be careful when doing that.

Butter a muffin pan or a round cake pan and dust with flour.

Melt chocolate and butter over a brain-marie until smooth. Meanwhile beat eggs, sugar and salt until thick and yellow, mix in vanilla extract and flour.

Gradually add in the chocolate and stir well. Pour into prepared mold(s)

Preheat oven to 200°C(400°F) bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are firm and the center is still soft. Remove and let cool slightly for few seconds, run a sharp knife around the edges and invert onto a plate.sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve immediately
