Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsflour plain
  2. 1 cupicing sugar
  3. 500 gmargarine
  4. 1 tbspnvanilla essence(optional)
  5. 1 cupcocoa powder only for chocolate biscuits

Cooking Instructions

    Cream margarine until it smooth

    Add icing sugar, mix well

  3. 3

    Add in sieved flour,1 cup at a.time,mix well until you get a nice dought.

    Cling wrap and put it in the frige for at least an Hour

  5. 5

    Unwrap the dough,roll up the dough.cut into shapes. Put them on the prepared baking sheets and bake

  6. 6

    Bake for15minutes at 180°C
