Ingredients

10 mins
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk powder
  • 1 cupmalai(fresh cream)
  • 9-10cashews nuts chopped
  • 6-7cardamom powder
  • 1 pinchyellow food colour

Steps

10 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients in a big bowl except malai with hand blender for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Now add malai and blend for a while

  3. 3

    Pour the mix in ice cream moulds let it freeze for 5 hours

  4. 4

    Demould it and serve
