Steps

◼ Onions, potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, methi leaves, raw mango, Mix all these in rice flour.

◼ Add salt & red chilli powder.

◼ Knead it (not too hard nor too soft)
◼ Spread some oil in palm, take ball of kneaded flour, Flat the ball in hands only, using circular method - 4
◼ Or else use rolling board & pin (but taste will change)
◼ Now cook in heated tawaa with oil/ghee.
◼ Serve with Green Chutney, curd, pickle or paapad. - 5
Ready to get served/attacked.
