Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 200 gmsPotato
  • 100 gmsKadalai maavu, Rice flour
  • 100 gmschopped onion
  • 5green chilies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder,
  • salt,
  • asafoetida powder,
  • 1 tspturmeric powder,
  • baking soda
  • 250 mlcooking oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First Bake the potato in the steamer and peel the skin and mash it.

  2. 2

    In the frying pan add little oil allow mustard to crack and add the chopped onion, turmeric powder fry it and add the mashed potato.

  3. 3

    And make this into small balls.

  4. 4

    In another pan add the flours, red chilli powder, salt, water and baking soda.

    Dip the balls in this batter and fry it in the oil.

    Ready to taste.
